“IMMERSE EXPOSURE INTERNS” … have volunteered their availability to enter into the rhythms of our ministry community, and to serve as ministry needs arise.  Exposure interns are self-supported.

“IMMERSE EXPERIENCE INTERNS” … have volunteered their availability to enter into the rhythms of our ministry community, and to serve as ministry needs arise. Experience interns are funded through faith support.

  • INTERNS demonstrate a burden for long-term ministry, and receive coaching and training in their local church or school ministry context for 6 months to a year, after which options for ongoing involvement with YMA are explored.

“IMMERSE PARTNERS” … are invited into the rhythms of our ministry community, and also to contribute to the movement of YMA as their ministry context allows …

  • PARTNERS are local church and school ministry practitioners who are supported and resourced in growing disciple-making movements.  They also assist with promotion of YMA training and resources in their region.
