Service Description

Three 60 minute calls over three weeks, testing our content for Leader Formation. We’re looking for leaders who are carrying some discontent. They’re passionate about following Jesus and creating space for others to do the same, but they’re also dissatisfied. They might suspect the path before them won’t allow them the freedom they need. They might feel stuck partway along that path, frustrated by the diversions being put in their way. They carry discontent. Why are we looking for these leaders? Because they are the ones most likely to innovate something new in mission and ministry, and we’re keen to walk alongside them. If you are a leader like this - or you know someone who is - you’re invited to speak into the development of our leader formation pathway. Our future hope is to deliver our content across a blend of online and in-person engagement, but for now we're walking a focus group through the pathway over three zoom calls in June.
